Shipping/Returns

Our Shipping Policy:

We ship all of our products through USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Due to the cost of shipping, the majority of our items are shipped through USPS either Priority Mail/Parcel Post or First Class. If you need a rush shipment, please contact us to get a quote for our Express Mail Service.

Please allow 24-48 hour for your item to be packaged and shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location and time of year. Holiday seasons can slow shipments by 1-2 business days. 

  • Priority Mail normally takes 2-4 business days before delivery
  • Parcel Post can take 3-6 business days for delivery
  • First Class Mail can take up to 7 business days for delivery
  • Express Delivery (on request) can take 1-2 business days.

International Shipping Policy:

All International Orders will have to pay a shipping fee. This fee may not be added to the original order, in that case you will receive an email from us asking for payment. You can choose to pay the International shipping cost or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Please allow 24-72 hours for your item to be packaged and shipped from the date you pay your international shipping charge.

  • Priority International Mail takes 7-21 business days before delivery, depending on location.
  • First Class International Mail takes between 3-6 weeks before delivery, depending on location.

Our Returns Policy:

Before returning any items to us you will need to email us at support (@) thealaskafrontier.com.

We have a 30 day return policy on all of our products with the exception of customized items, used items or our raw honey - these items cannot be returned.

We cannot take returns on any customized items or items that have been used. Most returns are accepted if there is a manufacturers defect.

The Alaska Frontier™ Calendar(s)

When you purchase The Alaska Frontier™ calendar (or desk calendar), we cannot accept returns unless if there are defects within the calendar. Defects may be: missing pages or flaws in the printing process. If you have a defective calendar please take a picture and send it to us via email.

In most cases of broken or damaged items - we can replace them.
